Horrible dealing with this service dept. Never again. Took Malibu in for diagnosis on two codes. Also needed coolant service. I ask for call with results before work done. They gave me price on the two sensor parts at just over $100.00 each. I declined service. The list price on the OEM replacement parts were $74.09. The repair facility that I'm actually have replace the parts is only charging me $60.02 each for the parts. Herdon pricing is a RIP OFF. Hold your wallet and go elsewhere. When I went to pick up the vehicle they told me they went ahead and did the coolant service anyway. They were only supposed to do diagnosis.. More
Purchased a car a week or so ago, Sales Guy was pleasant enough, got to an agreement rather quickly. All was good. Finance guy unexpectedly threw in a 3-4 grand error. Luckily I caught it. How I know he knew, he did not have to go verify what I told him. Careful with this guy. Once purchased, the very same day I brought to their attention of several things. Ironically they acted like they were doing me a favor of "Looking at it" This is a BMW, the rear camera was not working, the glove box fell into the floorboard, and one of the parking assist sensors is faulty. So that word "Certified" on the webpage means nothing. Needless to say, will not be going back to buy anything else. Check the car over with a fine toothed comb. More
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership in the last 25 years. I found a Tahoe they had listed for sale on Autotrader, made contact with the sales department, got pre-approved for dealership in the last 25 years. I found a Tahoe they had listed for sale on Autotrader, made contact with the sales department, got pre-approved for financing through their website and scheduled an appointment to make the purchase (I live over 2 hours from the dealership). I dropped every, left work and headed that direction. All was going well until…. I make the journey to Herndon, message them that I’m on the way, they respond (perfect we’ll see you soon). I sent them my ETA from from GPS, I arrive on schedule for my appointment. I walk in, sit down and start filling out paperwork only to find out that someone showed up 10 minutes before I arrived and they already started paperwork with them as well. THEY SOLD THE TRUCK TO SOMEONE ELSE AFTER I TOLD THEM SPECIFICALLY, I WILL TAKE IT (SOLD)!!! This is one shady group!!! Do not trust them, do not spend one penny with these people!!! How do you run a business this way?!?! How do you tell someone to come from over 2 hours away to finish the deal, only to jerk it out from underneath them when they walk in the door. Do yourself a favor and never go there! Don’t make the same mistake I did. What a waste of time!! More

Upon arrival I was told they techs were taking care of jobs leftover from the week.... and there for out of towners ( I like in Richland County - so officially out of town). Meanwhile I pointed out that providing good service for local folks might be more important than someone from New York - cause they were never going to buy a new car from you. Even when they said they would TRY to fit me in they seemed to HUFF at what you're not in our system..... so he had to data enter me into their system..... guess what those out of towners are not going to be in your system..... I was once he had my name because of the appt. apparently your folks were to take down the option of making an appt. online..... some folks really like the online options and I suggest why do you have a website if you're not wanting to reach customers online basically the staffer who was Mis-handling me.....was rude and NEVER listened to me..... I was told to come back when the service light comes on for the brakes......meanwhile I said that the wrench logo comes on when it gets cranked up and goes away..... More
Wife was told that 1st oil change would be free. She made appointment and when she gets there she was told that it would be $59.95 to change the oil and rotate the tires. Went online found my car, someone called me I made appointment for the next day! Got there I was greeted by Ed Dillion omg he was soooo nice. The car I wanted was there and he helped me get it! Vehicle was a bit overpriced. Someone was also driving vehicle so had more miles than advertised which affects manufacturer warranty.
