I had a 1 pm appt for oil change. I got out of I had a 1 pm appt for oil change. I got out of dealership at 3:10 pm. Ended up returning truck. Oil leak. I had appt fir 2 weeks for 20k service I had a 1 pm appt for oil change. I got out of dealership at 3:10 pm. Ended up returning truck. Oil leak. I had appt fir 2 weeks for 20k service. Was told that they couldn’t perform 20k service today because they couldn’t do 4 wheel alignment. Why did I wait 2 weeks for this? More

Always a five star to the last service. This time there was no listening, no advising, no questions asked even though the technician changed the regular service I have had since the car was new. Appointment set at 9 a.m. and vehicular driven in bay at 9:02. I pulled out of the dealership at 10:02. The technicians kept the cab clean and no spots on the fender.
