I had a 1 pm appt for oil change. I got out of I had a 1 pm appt for oil change. I got out of dealership at 3:10 pm. Ended up returning truck. Oil leak. Was told that they couldn’t perform 20k service today because they couldn’t do 4 wheel alignment. Why did I wait 2 weeks for this? More

Appointment set at 9 a.m. and vehicular driven in bay at 9:02. I pulled out of the dealership at 10:02. The technicians kept the cab clean and no spots on the fender.
