I had a very poor experience this last visit. I called multiple times before and the person on the phone was always rude. I struggled to get a straight answer because I was getting conflicting information multiple times before and the person on the phone was always rude. I struggled to get a straight answer because I was getting conflicting information. I was told my key fob could be sent to a closer dealership but then was also told it would be 300 dollars to do so. I was greeted very rude when I came to the dealership. I tried to be cheery and let it roll off my back but the way she acted towards me was constant. I am very happy to finally have my key fob but I really hope I never have to come up there again. More

The service department did a great job repairing my vehicle. The parts took a while to come in, but once they were in, the repair took 1 day. The service was done well and at a reasonable price as usual. My 2 star rating was earned by being charged $39.00 to plug a tire. As I drove to the dealer for service, the low tire alarm came on. I ask usual. My 2 star rating was earned by being charged $39.00 to plug a tire. As I drove to the dealer for service, the low tire alarm came on. I asked them to check it and the service manager came out and said they had found a repairable nail puncture and asked if I wanted it repaired. I told him yes. When I paid I thought the price was high but paid it and left. When I looked at the bill, I found they had charged $10.00 for the plug and $29.00 labor for the repair. More
