I brought this truck 6 months ago and had to pay $601 today .. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY BUY OR DEAL WITH THEM EVER even the sales person lies also I Will NEVER I MEAN NEVER BUY A VECHIAL FROM OR TAKE MY TRUCK BACK FOR SERVICE.. More

I bought a used 2017 Nissan Rogue from there in July. My husband was in a wheelchair and I needed something bigger than the car we had. The transmission went out in December and I took it back there because husband was in a wheelchair and I needed something bigger than the car we had. The transmission went out in December and I took it back there because the extended warranty stated that. My Rogue has been there since Dec. 30. First they said the workers were out with Covid, then they tried to get me to trade it. Then they said the warranty wouldn't cover the transmission. Finaly got warranty approved and they said feb 18th the transmission would be in the next day and I should get it back either the 24th or 25th. I drove by there this morning after I got off work my car was still sitting where it has been since December 30. I called to see if the transmission was in the parts man said yes it came in but service was busy on another line, they would call back i said no I would wait. He came back on the line and told me service said it was in the shop being fixed. I asked him how was that when I was sitting along the road looking at my vehicle in the back of the dealership. I guess I will be waiting another month. More
