I recently purchased a ram 3500 from herlong, within a few days of getting it home the abs light began coming on. I took it back to herlong and they worked diligently to get it fixed in my short time fram few days of getting it home the abs light began coming on. Alan in service explained it had to be sent to ram for the proper repair. He stayed on ram to ensure that I had my truck back within my time frame. They really went above and beyond to help get my truck right. After seeing how much Gabriel and Alan really cared about my needs an my satisfaction they have gained a customer for life. I purchased a $70000 truck, 2018 ram, with 48000 miles that within 3 days the ABS light came on I take it back to them and they clear the code and tell me they can't get it to come back on to fix it. I picked the truck up from them and within a mile of leaving the dealership the light comes back on and they are telling me that they cannot service it because it is not a Ford and I need to take it to ram.
