As a female I have often had my concerns dismissed when dealing with car repairs, never the case here. I recently tried to have my engine light checked at another dealership because it was more convenient. I was treated as an inconvenience. I will only go to Herlong from now on. Brittany Clearer was amazing, always taking time to make sure I was taken care of. She even provided me with a loaner vehicle when my repairs took much longer than expected. Herlong is hands down the best dealership I have ever done business with!!! More

Service the Way it is supposed to be!! Just an oil change and tire rotate, but Herlong did it right. They allow me to schedule a time, got me right in and the service done quickly.
