Buying my car here was a pleasure. No complaints. I paid for DVDs to be placed in the headrests. I was asked if I wanted factory or knock off and I paid extra for factory. I took my vehicle to get them placed and when I got it back it did not have the factory DVDs but knock off. The only reason I knew this was because of a friend who had factory in her vehicle. They had no intentions of telling me. When brought to their attention they ordered factory and I had to take my vehicle back (I live an hour away). After having my vehicle another 2 weeks I was told the factory DVDs would not fit in my vehicle. This should have been conveyed to me when I bought my vehicle. The only person that has responded to any of my problems was the service manager Bryan. He has been phenomenal through the whole experience. When I emailed the sales person who sold the car and the GM I received no response. In the end they did refund me the extra money I paid for factory but I would not buy another vehicle here. I hate that the service department will suffer for the sales department of the dealership. More

On Time and On Point My appointment was for 2 PM, I got there 10 mins early and signed in. At 2 PM I looked up and my vehicle was being pulled in to the service bay. The service Tech and Manager answered all my questions. Waiting room is neat and clean and coffee was great. You can see the service area easily from the waiting room so you know what's going on. Good experience. More
