Purchased Toyota 4Runner on June 11 2017 I live in Lexington, SC and visited several dealerships prior to finding Herlong Ford in Edgefield, SC. I first called Herlong by phone when I was searching for a particular vehicle and spoke to Meredith Few by phone. She did all the research including calling the seller before I arrived and I gave them about a hour lead time. The vehicle I test drove did not work so by the time I got back from test drive Meredith had another vehicle waiting for me, the 4Runner which is what I ended up purchasing. Meredith Few and Wes Herlong were fair, honest and upfront thru the entire process. After the vehicle inspection they replaced the front and back brakes without hesitation. My car buying experience has never been handled so professionally and I consider myself an experienced and successful career woman. Bottom line, if you want courteous, professional service and fair pricing it is worth the call and trip to Herlong Ford at 775 Augusta RD., Edgefield SC even if may not be a Ford you are looking for. They gave me a fair trade in price for my 2010 Ford Escape. I would recommend Meredith and Wes to my family and friends without hesitation! More

Amazing!! I was in a pickle! I was trying to surprise my husband with his dream truck. The only problem...I am 2 hours away, I had limited amount of time and I I was in a pickle! I was trying to surprise my husband with his dream truck. The only problem...I am 2 hours away, I had limited amount of time and I was trying to sneak and do it while he was home. I called the dealership...they still had the Raptor. I was set up with Jamie. I told her my situation (not only being 2 hours away, also not seeing the truck before purchasing and I had to be back home by 12 to see my cousin swear into the Marine Corps.) she stayed until all my paperwork was finished that night. Instead of calling me, I asked her to text me so I could pull this off with him being home. She did everything I asked and went above and beyond. After she stayed late the night I called, she also came in early so I could get the truck and get back on the road. .Jamie made this experience so easy and I would drive the 2 hours to do it all over again. Not only did Jamie stay, but the dealership was down a finance person...the finance person I worked with stayed late and came in early as well. She was the only one doing them for the week and she ran different numbers multiple times to make sure I had the best deal. I would drive down there again just to work with these 2 ladies!! Wonderful experience! My husband and I were looking for a car for our daughter who was moving to Rhode Island. We had been in contact with Meredith Few through emails, texts and phone calls over about a month period of time. Meredith was able to address our daughters needs and put her in a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium with a payment that she could afford. Meredith Few and Meryl Breazeale were such a pleasure to work with and truly had her best interest at heart . Herlong is very different than most dealerships that I have experienced in the past. There was no pressure to buy, the atmosphere was so relaxed and the employees went above and beyond to not only help us but to help each other on what seemed like a very busy Saturday.
