Gina is beyond wonderful! Gina coordinated the appointments and made sure the work was done, as we had agreed. Her communication (via text, as requested by me) was excellent. She also communicated several extra times to keep me up to date on the progress (and texted a pic of my truck safely locked up inside before they left on Friday as a major sotrm approached).
