I called to ask if the truck was still available and James let me know it was! I let him know that I would be there in 5-6 hours and he said he'll still be there. He sent me an application online to get things rolling, prior to arriving. Once there, I worked with James and Meryl on what I considered, "A Flawless Transaction". Meryl was able to beat my Capital One rate with not much money down. All around, they're absolutely WONDERFUL people! Hassle free experience. My wife and I went to the dealership to look at possible vehicles to replace hers. The salesman came out to the lot where were looking to assist us. H My wife and I went to the dealership to look at possible vehicles to replace hers. The salesman came out to the lot where were looking to assist us. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all had a sense of humor which I truly appreciate. He showed us several vehicles and explained the differences between the different packages that come on the same model. The dealership lent us a vehicle to go home with while they did the appraisal on our vehicle. When we went back to the dealership, he had prepared the paperwork on two different vehicles that we had looked at in order to have specific numbers to look at. Another gentleman came in and assisted my wife and me with the electronics on the vehicle, again, much appreciated. More
