As a female I have often had my concerns dismissed when dealing with car repairs, never the case here. I recently tried to have my engine light checked at another dealership because it was more convenient. I was treated as an inconvenience. I will only go to Herlong from now on. Brittany Clearer was amazing, always taking time to make sure I was taken care of. She even provided me with a loaner vehicle when my repairs took much longer than expected. Herlong is hands down the best dealership I have ever done business with!!! More

Overall Great Experience While browsing the net, I came across a BEAUTIFUL Dodge Durango on Herlong's lot. I called to ask if the truck was still available and James let me know it was! I let him know that I would be there in 5-6 hours and he said he'll still be there. He sent me an application online to get things rolling, prior to arriving. Once there, I worked with James and Meryl on what I considered, "A Flawless Transaction". Meryl was able to beat my Capital One rate with not much money down. All around, they're absolutely WONDERFUL people!
