Horrible I had 3 diagnostic lights go off and my truck was riding rough and they said they couldn’t look at it for two weeks. I ended up taking it to Fairway F I had 3 diagnostic lights go off and my truck was riding rough and they said they couldn’t look at it for two weeks. I ended up taking it to Fairway Ford and it turns out both my front hubs were broke. I pay for an extended warranty and I think Herlong has horrible customer service. Fairway said I shouldn’t of even been driving it. More

There was no financing involved. Both of mine were paid off. I walked out with a small check in my pocket— a first for me!. It should have been an easy paper transaction. We sign 2 titles, they sign one. They transfer one plate, we turn one in....if you are still reading this, you can probably predict how the “easy” transaction panned out. About 90 minutes, and several document corrections later...we did walk out, relieved to finally be done reviewing paperwork that shouldn’t have needed such scrutiny. I would still recommend this dealership. Everyone was quite friendly and apologetic. But it does show how the folks not directly involved in the sales experience can ultimately play a big role in overall customer experience. I would like to thank Jaime for her diligence and friendly sales demeanor. More
