The devil is in the details Our sales experience went smoothly. I felt I was treated in a reasonable manner on the sales side all things considered. I traded 2 cars in, and bou Our sales experience went smoothly. I felt I was treated in a reasonable manner on the sales side all things considered. I traded 2 cars in, and bought one. There was no financing involved. Both of mine were paid off. I walked out with a small check in my pocket— a first for me!. It should have been an easy paper transaction. We sign 2 titles, they sign one. They transfer one plate, we turn one in....if you are still reading this, you can probably predict how the “easy” transaction panned out. About 90 minutes, and several document corrections later...we did walk out, relieved to finally be done reviewing paperwork that shouldn’t have needed such scrutiny. I would still recommend this dealership. Everyone was quite friendly and apologetic. But it does show how the folks not directly involved in the sales experience can ultimately play a big role in overall customer experience. I would like to thank Jaime for her diligence and friendly sales demeanor. More
