GREAT customer service and AMAZING experience! I was looking for a dealership to purchase my wife a vehicle due to our family expanding. Sandy came out and asked, if she could help me with anything I was looking for a dealership to purchase my wife a vehicle due to our family expanding. Sandy came out and asked, if she could help me with anything? From that moment her customer service skills was out of this world, she was understanding, listened to my concerns she wasn’t pushy in no kind of way, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made everything go so smooth, my vehicle was appraised and I received a fair amount for my trade in. We came all the way here from Fort Gordon and highly recommend this dealership. The finance clerk Jamie was also helpful with our paperwork and educated on the vehicle. This is now our family GO-too dealership. More

The James told us it was so hot (98) we could just wait in the showroom and he would bring the Lincoln up to us. I've never had that done with a used car before! Wes walked over to us while we were standing there to make sure James was being helpful. We looked it over and liked what we saw. Took the Lincoln on a test drive. Expected a sales push when we returned. No pressure. James asked how we liked the drive, asked if we still wanted to shop or were we considering a purchase that day. He offered to see what they kind of deal they could make. He reassured us this was not a commitment. We accepted. That's when we met Meryl and Richard. Meryl told us it would take a few minutes to get the paperwork together, so James went to get a tech person to explain some of the gadgets on the vehicle. Richard took us through the controls of the Lincoln and capabilities of the touchscreen. Once again, this has never happened to me when buying a used car before! This would be a good time to mention the dealership had just closed for the evening. We went to do paperwork and James took the car to fuel it up and wash the road dust off. Meryl was professional, but with a friendliness like we were old family friends. She was very patient and took the time to explain all the paper work. Her and my wife chatted anytime I wanted too read through something. This made me feel that I could take my time to be sure I understood before I signed anything. As stated earlier no pressure even after we said we were going to buy. When all was done James said the change oil light had came on. He gave us the choice of leaving the vehicle or bringing it back the next day as the dealer ship was closed for the evening. So the next day I brought the vehicle back to get the oil changed. The service department was busy with people from all over the state (impressive reputation). They worked me through in a very swift pace. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very friendly. The calm casual feeling of the place exudes a neighborhood feel that you would expect from a corner store were everyone is a regular. This is one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Just for the record I'm 58 years old and have bought more that 20 vehicles in my life. More
Got me out of another one Radiator hose leak. Just pulled up to the Service Center door and they were all over it like ants. They got the hose and had the car back to me by 3 Radiator hose leak. Horrible I had 3 diagnostic lights go off and my truck was riding rough and they said they couldn’t look at it for two weeks. I ended up taking it to Fairway F I had 3 diagnostic lights go off and my truck was riding rough and they said they couldn’t look at it for two weeks. I ended up taking it to Fairway Ford and it turns out both my front hubs were broke. I pay for an extended warranty and I think Herlong has horrible customer service. Fairway said I shouldn’t of even been driving it. More

When I was transferring my stuff to the new truck what I believe was a mechanic saw I was struggling and not only offered but went and got me some boxes that really helped me out. More
