Horrible I thought getting a new car for my parents would be a great Christmas gift. Drove the car from Aiken, SC to Charleston, SC on Wednesday night and ever I thought getting a new car for my parents would be a great Christmas gift. Drove the car from Aiken, SC to Charleston, SC on Wednesday night and everything seemed good. Woke up the next morning and the entire Lincoln locked up on me as I was going into reserve. Very bad for business. I called and spoke with at least 10 people trying to resolve an issue. Had to have road side assistance pick up the vehicle and drive the Lincoln 45mins to a nearby dealer. Had to get into a rental bc they had no idea what was wrong with the vehicle. I called the nearby dealer millions of time trying to get an answer to the issue of my vehicle. I received no call back or nothing. Customer service and everything has been a horrible experience. I’m ready to return this Lincoln back in More

Great service from start to finish I had a bad experience at another dealership in my area. I found the exact vehicle at Herlong, and reached out to them about it. My salesman, James Ray, responded to my inquiry the next morning. I drove an hour one way to the dealership, and it was worth the ride when I got there. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and previous customers in the waiting area had nothing but good things to say. Throughout my buying process, the staff listen and took care of me. My family and I were pushing for time traveling back to take delivery of my truck. James, Meryl and Richard stayed there (30 mins. late after closing time). While I was finalizing paperwork, Richard showed my wife and daughter every cool thing about the truck. This is the type of service I was looking for from my local dealership.
