On Time and On Point My appointment was for 2 PM, I got there 10 mins early and signed in. At 2 PM I looked up and my vehicle was being pulled in to the service bay. The service Tech and Manager answered all my questions. Waiting room is neat and clean and coffee was great. You can see the service area easily from the waiting room so you know what's going on. I have been working with Bryan on my 2019 F150 King Ranch since I bought it it has a vibration problem and it has Pits on the emblem on the back of the tailgate paperwork has been submitted to Ford and hopef since I bought it it has a vibration problem and it has Pits on the emblem on the back of the tailgate paperwork has been submitted to Ford and hopefully we will get a Swift action taken on resolving the issue is wonderful to work with any other great staff I have all the confidence in the world that will resolve this issue thanks again More
