Freddie Munns was superb in handling a deal from me. 290 miles from his Herlong Ford dealership. This is the first dealership I've dealt with that I was not pressured to buy. We test drove the vehicle that we were interested in w/o a sales person riding along. When we completed the test drive, Wayne a not pressured to buy. We test drove the vehicle that we were interested in w/o a sales person riding along. When we completed the test drive, Wayne asked us what we thought about the vehicle & if we were interested in it. We told him we were interested, but would like to think about it. We went back a week later & purchased the vehicle. The process was a joy & I will definitely look to them for my next purchase. All the rest of the staff were also very nice & friendly. They treated us like family. More
