Had a freak occurrence where random bolt broke AC condenser. Warranty wouldn't cover it, but Herlong worked with me to make it right. They also made sure I had a loaner while they took care of the jo condenser. Warranty wouldn't cover it, but Herlong worked with me to make it right.
