We did every over the phone including credit application. They called and told us what rate and payment would be. We did all while driving the 4 hours to pick up. When we got there we test drove the Tahoe an They called and told us what rate and payment would be. We did all while driving the 4 hours to pick up. I bought my truck in Dec 2021, brought my brother up there he bought a truck Dec. 2021, and took my dad there today and he bought a 2022 truck. Everyone is great!
