Our salesman, Justin Nash, was great! He was personable and was patient with us as we decided which vehicle we wanted. All of our texts to Cindy were promptly answered. Danielle, in serv He was personable and was patient with us as we decided which vehicle we wanted. All of our texts to Cindy were promptly answered. Danielle, in service, kept us informed when we had to leave the vehicle at the dealership for a couple of days before we brought it home because of a problem that we encountered before leaving the dealership. Problem was fixed and we picked it up and the rest is history! We love our Toyota Tundra! Thank you, Herlong Ford. We have always had excellent service but this time everything went wrong. We ordered a part and waited... we had to call to find out it was sitting there. Then a 3 hour job turned into 2 full days and everything went wrong. We ordered a part and waited... we had to call to find out it was sitting there. Then a 3 hour job turned into 2 full days and a mechanic change. The car was ready at close of business day 2 but we were not called until 10:15 the next morning on the 3rd day. The promised call from the manager never happened, very disappointing. More
