It doesn't get any better than this. Service department associates are super attentive, and polite. I opted to wait for my truck and was surprised how fast the work was completed. Friendliest dealership around!! My husband & I bought a 2016 Chev. Equinox 7/8/16. Love it!! Cliff Kneece sold us the car--he is soooooo nice & helpful. Also,Brooke was very nice in explaining everything I had to sign. Also, had talked with maintance man ( sorry I don't remember his name --but he also was very nice) about car we had come to be serviced (that is before we traded). This is the second vehicle we have bought from Herlong. Great service was done on it also. More

very sorry i will never take anything there agen. I took my truck in for repairs and got it back ten time worse then when I took it there. My engine was poring oil all over the place, the engine had a I took my truck in for repairs and got it back ten time worse then when I took it there. My engine was poring oil all over the place, the engine had a nock in it, my fenders were all scratched up, my front bumper was scratched and had a dent in it. it took another dealer 2 months to fix what Herlong's messed up. I took them to court and they lied about everything they did to the truck. If you need to buy something or get it fixed DON'T GO TO HERLONGS................ More
