Our experience at Herlong was wonderful. Wes was extremely friendly, professional and repsonsive. We had never purchased a car online before and were apprehensive but the Herlong staff took us thro extremely friendly, professional and repsonsive. We had never purchased a car online before and were apprehensive but the Herlong staff took us through the process step-by-step. We were buying a used vehicle and trading in our old one. They gave us an estimated trade-in value for our car and held to that figure. Their website had excellent pictures of the vehicle inside and out. The description was detailed. If we had questions about the car, they answered us quickly. They worked with us on the price coming down a little. Wes was very patient with the many conversations we had until we decided on a 2011 Buick Enclave. They even delivered the car to us. And the car was extremely clean upon delivery. The car is a certified Buick with the remainder of the warrantee and they offer 12 months of oil changes. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do but they made it very pleasant. We look forward to enjoying our new car! More

After comprehensive research on several cars and working with both new card dealers and used car dealers, we settled between a couple of cars. Herlong provided the added benefit of being a certified car ca with both new card dealers and used car dealers, we settled between a couple of cars. My experience with this dealership was very poor. I was going to buy a one owner clean vehicle history reported truck 2011.After nogotiating i left a deposit. I drove 724 miles to find out this was a recon going to buy a one owner clean vehicle history reported truck 2011.After nogotiating i left a deposit. I drove 724 miles to find out this was a reconditioned truck with obviously new paint work with over spray rear quarter panel, wheel well, rear bed and bumper of truck. The truck was not even cleaned inside or out but it had my temporary plate on it. Their also was less than 50% of tire tread left and one front tire had chunk's the size of a nickel gouged out of it. It definetly would not pass any inspection as it was unsafe to drive on road. I was shoked to say the least. I lost over $400.00 and 12 hours driving each way to find out the Dealer reconditions themselves so nothing gets reported on the Vehickle History Report. I would not recommend anyone to this incompetent bunch, More
