Dealer was reluctant to negotiate. They did minor maintenance that included two new tires and oil change. However, they did not check or update any other fluids or belts and hoses. In addition there was a loud roaring that ended up being a bad wheel bearing and ended up needing to be completely replaced. Very surprised they let that off the lot. When replacing the tires they failed to check brake wear and I had to pay to have all new pads and rotors turned. Shocked they would let someone drive off in a car with the minimal brake pad depth remaining. Seems like a serious liability concern if my wife had been in an accident. Thankfully the Toyota dealership caught it in an inspection but it set me back another chunk of change. More
