Not so good It’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone. The phone just rings and rings for the service department. When the automated phone comes on, it asks yo It’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone. The phone just rings and rings for the service department. When the automated phone comes on, it asks your name then hangs up on you. Happens 3 times until I stopped calling. One time I had to call sales and get them to walk the phone over to someone in the service department. And the appointment scheduling is horrible. I made an appointment for 8:10 am. I arrived at 8 and I had to wait in line until 8:45 to check in for my appointment. They only had one service advisor to check in 20 people. It’s insane and unorganized. The other staff members are friendly. But when it comes to your time and answering the phone this place is horrible. More

Cust Serv what is that I would actually rate my service at 0 stars. Daisi was to forward my paperwork, never happened! Picked the car up the next day and for some reason he I would actually rate my service at 0 stars. Daisi was to forward my paperwork, never happened! Picked the car up the next day and for some reason he couldn't print out the papers either? Emailed Daisi & left messages on the service department voicemail. NOTHING happened. Came back to the dealership a 3rd time. Tyrone was able to give me the proper paperwork. Tyrone knows what he's doing, the other two not so sure! And as a kicker my check engine light started back up again! Think I should bring it back for more quality service? 👎 More

front end body work Needed front end body work, was given an estimate of a week to a week and a half and Heritage had my vehicle for 31 days! Very poor communication, calls were not returned and we were never contacted regarding any problems! We were promised a discount of $50.00 for the extended rental vehicle but are still waiting on that and it’s been over a month since we picked it up. Will need to bring it back because you all did something to the horn and it isn’t working right. Will not bring vehicle back for body work! More
