Not entirely satisfied with the service received. I have been a customer of Heritage VW for the last 13 years. The service they provide is what keeps me buying VW vehicles. Terrible communication and not very customer friendly. made appt for 12 to have bulbs replaced. still a 90 made appt for 12 to have bulbs replaced. still a 90 minute wait . service tech rolled down the passenger side window and would not roll back up. he made appt for 12 to have bulbs replaced. still a 90 minute wait . service tech rolled down the passenger side window and would not roll back up. he was able to get it back up but now have to bring it back to a window motor. was told I didn't need new bulbs I insisted that I did so they went back to check and determined that they should be replaced. they did not charge. still a little frustrated. Prompt service I had some glitches in starting up my 2018 VW Tiguan. Service adviser guided me over the phone what had to be done to keep my car running smoothly. Tyrone is a rockstar! Had a mechanical issue with my diesel VW. I dont live here and had to get back home the next day. Heritage got me in that day. The rental car was another issue (warrantee needs a VW rental enterprise had none). Which had nothing to do with heritage but the service advisor Tyrone was so fabulous! He helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond to coordinate with enterprise to get me what i needed. A long holiday weekend later my car is fixed. I made it to CT and back and never could have done so without Tyrone’s help. What could have been a nightmare situation was navigated with ease. Will return here whenever i am in town! More
