Service advisor attitude - Ciara Barron I took my car for service on 8/17/17, I was first told it needed a new part, I was pretty irritated. my car is less than one year old. Than I was told it would be ready by 8/18/17, I was given a base model loaner. Than I was told the part did not come in and It may be in by Monday. When I told her I was upset about a new car having problems, she responded, I'm trying to help you I don't make the cars. That was completely unprofessional and rude. This was my first service issue with VW and I am not pleased so far how it is being handled. Also if you have my car because of a factory problem, I should have be given a equal vehicle as a loaner, More

Fantastic Service Experience I brought my car in because I was having engine problems. I was able to talk to Matt Wobbleton on the phone before bringing it into the shop. He let I brought my car in because I was having engine problems. I was able to talk to Matt Wobbleton on the phone before bringing it into the shop. He let me know what to expect before coming into the shop. He was there when I dropped off my car, listened carefully while I explained everything that was going on and scheduled me a ride on the shuttle. He kept me informed during the day as things were happening. When the service was done, he called to let me know and scheduled the shuttle to pick me up to get my car. From start to finish the service I received as fantastic. The facility is clean and well maintained, while I did not stay while my car was being serviced I know that I would have been comfortable in their waiting area. More

Don't Do It! Spring 2016 That's when I first took my car there. Days later,sales reps from the dealership called me to announce a sale on cars like mine. They wanted me to bring in my car so they could take a look at it. I thought that was weird because they had serviced my car recently--shouldn't they know what my car looks like? They called me incessantly until I told them to stop calling me. Why the hard sell? September 2016 I took my car for a warranty-covered service and asked the service advisor to check out a few rattles and shakes I had been hearing. They kept my car all day, did the 30k service, but did not "have time" to check out the rattles and shakes I wanted investigated. October 2016 I make an appointment to get the rattles and shakes checked out. I dropped off the car off at 8:20 am. At 3:30 pm, the advisor phones and says they will have to keep my car until Monday (it was Friday) because they had not had time to look at it that day. I had been without a car all day. What are appointments for anyway if the person giving them does not honor them? So done with Heritage VW More

I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR SERVICE SINCE 2010 AN I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. ON FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY STILL TREAT ME AN MY VEHICLE LIKE FAMILY. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR SERVICE SINCE 2010 AN I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. ONE TIME ERIC FELT LIKE THEY MADE ME WAIT TO LONG (EVEN THOUGH I WAS FINE) HE HAD THEM ADJUST THE BILL FOR THE WAIT. I WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYBODY I KNOW. IN THE BEGININING I THOUGHT THEY WERE KINDA HIGH FOR SERVICE BUT AFTER DOING RESEARCH ON HAVING A GERMAN MADE CAR I REALIZE THE PRICES WERE FAIR.
