Seamless Experience I walked into the dealership already knowing what I wanted. I was given a very thorough presentation of the new 2018 VW Tiguan and was very impressed. Finance is usually the scary, nerve wracking portion of the experience and he helped to ease my anxiety. I had never leased before so of course I had many questions. All of my questions were answered and I was at ease signing on the dotted line for my new 2018 Tiguan. Jake is going above and beyond to get my specialty tags back onto my car and I am so thankful! I had worked with the salesman, Ed Turner, over the phone prior to coming to see the vehicle. Upon our arrival, we had a maximum of 2 hours to seal the deal due to obligations back in Virginia. I wanna thank Ed and his team for making this transaction happen within a 2 hour time frame. The staff was friendly motivated and got everything done including my trade quick.
