Tom Robinson and Jacob Cardwell were the best!!! I had a great experience at Heritage Volkswagen in Parkville. I bought a 2019 Golf R, from Tom Robinson, he was a great salesman, they had this vehicl I had a great experience at Heritage Volkswagen in Parkville. I bought a 2019 Golf R, from Tom Robinson, he was a great salesman, they had this vehicle at a couple other locations, but he was the only one that did not stalk me, constantly calling me etc. He was straight down to business and did not BS me, which I appreciated, I decided to go with Tom and he did not disappoint. He went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. Thank you, Tom, I appreciate it and best of luck. Tom sent me over to Jacob Cardwell in finance, and Jacob went again above and beyond to help me out. He even set up 2 different loans so that I could take the car home on a Friday and enjoy it. I think came back and finished a different loan with a down payment, which was probably twice as much work for him, but he wanted to satisfy me and he actually was able to get a better interest rate for me the 2nd go round, which was great Jacob knew what he was doing, which sped the process up so much he was able to get me in and out literally, in less than an hour each time, I was in there was a lot of thanks to go over, and Jacob summarized it and pointed me in the right direction. I actually ended up going with a lot of the extra add ons just because it made sense for the type of car owner I am and a level of maintenance and documentation, I was looking for thanks a lot Jacob and Tom for your and dedication to your customers, I greatly appreciate it and look forward to working with you as I bring my car in for service and other scheduled appointments, best of luck, see you soon.
