I came in a little later in the evening and even t Bruce was very personable, friendly and very knowledgeable about the entire car buying experience! I came in a little later in the evening and even though the dealership was closing soon, I never felt that Bruce was rushing me into a decision. He was very patient and took the time to go over all the details. I also live about 1 and a half hours from the dealership and couldn't take the car home with me that evening so..... they delivered it to my house the next day! Very great experience!!! More

Not so good It’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone. The phone just rings and rings for the service department. When the automated phone comes on, it asks yo It’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone. The phone just rings and rings for the service department. When the automated phone comes on, it asks your name then hangs up on you. Happens 3 times until I stopped calling. One time I had to call sales and get them to walk the phone over to someone in the service department. And the appointment scheduling is horrible. I made an appointment for 8:10 am. I arrived at 8 and I had to wait in line until 8:45 to check in for my appointment. They only had one service advisor to check in 20 people. It’s insane and unorganized. The other staff members are friendly. But when it comes to your time and answering the phone this place is horrible. More
