It just felt Right!!!!! I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership! I was greeted instantly, the conversation was pleasent and the service was impecable! We went on a test drive and when we came back the feeling was more of driving with a friend rather than a salesperson. Bruce is Genuine, Caring and a straight shooter, which I truly appreciate! After purchasing my vehicle I noticed a slight issue and again the team at heritage over delivered. I was assured they would make it right and they did! Poor Service I had my Suv towed to ths location for a body work due to rear end collision. My car spent about 7weeks here with a bad job done and after market parts used and after two of riding my car back and forth to work ot staryed to fall apart from the front bumper. I went back in to file a complaint and spoke to the body shop manager B buy name in short. He promised to get back to me in a week time but rill today which is the 4th week of waiting and making several calls to this location. I am yet to get a call back from them or anyone to give me a call back. I wont recommend this location to anyone never. More

It turned out to be an entirely different problem with the suspension, which is a common problem and less expensive.. They refunded the first cost and just charged me for the second cost. I didn't have to complain to other managers or go up to leadership or talk to an attorney - they just did the right thing. They were very fair and professional, and have earned my absolute trust. More
