He was at all times polite and helpful to my wife and me, and answered every question we could think of about the vehicle. And even once he passed us off to Marcus in the Finance office, Bruce continued to check in on us to make sure if there was anything else we needed. Bruce was an incredible ambassador for Heritage, and one of the main reasons why we wouldn't hesitate to make the drive back up to Parkville for another vehicle in the future. More

Tyrone is a rockstar! Had a mechanical issue with my diesel VW. I dont live here and had to get back home the next day. Heritage got me in that day. He helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond to coordinate with enterprise to get me what i needed. A long holiday weekend later my car is fixed. I made it to CT and back and never could have done so without Tyrone’s help. What could have been a nightmare situation was navigated with ease. Will return here whenever i am in town! More

First time for service. Great experience & atmosphere I needed major service for my car. Called on Saturday and explained my problems. Was able to get an appointment on Monday morning. After a little past an hour of seeing what the problems were, was called in from their great comfortable waiting area. Thinking I will have to leave the car and come back another day. All the problems of my car were easily explained and was given other recommendations of service that will be needed in the future but was fine for now. They said it can be done that day in 4hrs. I didn't have to find a loaner or rental. And didn't miss a day of work. Staff was friendly and had conversations while waiting. I was very impressed. They made a new life long customer. More
