Well where do I start, George was absolutely FANTASTIC. Once that was taken care of I knew there was no one else besides George and Melvin from Heritage I wanted to work with. George called around to all of there sister locations and found me the vehicle I wanted with a few extra upgrades. It was a little out of my price range so he went ahead and ate some of the cost to make sure my monthly payments were affordable! I did have to wait for my vehicle to arrive but during that time the entire staff, George, Melvin and Marcus from finance entertained me and got my paperwork finalized. They did a full detail and my car smelled and looked fabulous leaving the lot. They all took the time to explain everything in detail and went over the available features in FULL detail with me. They also confirmed that everything worked! This car buying experience is one that ANYONE looking to purchase should receive.
