The experience buying it was easy and informative and every effort was made to provide all useful information about the car and on financing options. Bruce is knowledgeable about cars in general and interesting to talk to. There was a bit of a delay in the paperwork (only because they were so busy on that day) but I was given snacks to keep me comfortable and it went smoothly. I’ve been acquainted with this dealership since September 2018 when I purchased a Jetta from them. While there was some small problems with that initial encounter, the team at Heritage Parkville has gone out 2018 when I purchased a Jetta from them. While there was some small problems with that initial encounter, the team at Heritage Parkville has gone out of their way to prove that one bad apple doesn’t always ruin the bunch. I highly recommend working with Gabriel Walman and George Torres, both are professionals when it comes to sales management; Dan McMahon is a fantastic service manager; and Tyler Pearson is a service representative that really knows his stuff - I’ll only bring my car in if he is working and has the ability to assist with my service. It’s no surprise that when I needed to buy a new car, this was the dealership to go to. For this purchase I met Mrs. Melissa Cole. Working and connecting with her over email, I was able to discuss my needs and negotiated a fantastic price on my new Golf Sports Wagon (getting the low side of the fair deal according to all of the automotive pricing sites). She was able to provide all of the details I needed to make my visit to the dealership for viewing the vehicle and completing financing short and simple. Not having the vehicle on their lot, Melissa drove to the neighboring dealership to pick it up, explained and demonstrated all the features, gave some great points of advice, and was an overall pleasure to work with. I was confident going into financing that I had everything I wanted and needed and there was no surprise dealership gimmicks to worry about. I highly recommend this dealership for any and all VW purchases and I drive out of my way to visit them. Speak with any of the staff I’ve mentioned here and you’ll see why I recommend them.
