Incompetent Sales Rep ZERO knowledge about the car. She could not show us the basic functions (how to open the trunk with our foot) and was giving incorrect information, ma ZERO knowledge about the car. She could not show us the basic functions (how to open the trunk with our foot) and was giving incorrect information, many times referring to the Atlas as the Tiguan. She had to ask other sales rep for info multiple times throughout our visit. At first, we felt bad and just ignored it, but it became extremely frustrating that we just left. We went home and did our own research, comparing trim levels, specs, and pricing, in order to have a better understanding of our options, something that our sales rep should have been done. The only reason we bought from this sales rep is because of the pandemic, this vehicle and the specs we wanted was only available at this dealership. It is also really disappointing that no one reached out to remind us of our 30-day check-in appointment. The only positive part of this experience was Gabe and the finance guy we dealt with. He was knowledgable of our finance options, funny and easy to deal with. He had us out in no time! Quite refreshing after such a horrible experience with the sales rep. More
