Completely unresponsive post-sale. Terrible experience. The actual purchase experience was fine, but the dealership has fallen very short since the sale. After almost 90 days, my vehicle has still not been registered and it's impossible to get answers from anyone. I purchased my vehicle in early May and they were to register the the vehicle in PA. I emailed my salesman (Brandon Spencer) twice and got no response. On the third email, I got a call back because I cc'ed his manager. Covid was cited as the reason for the delay, which, at that time, seemed reasonable. He said that, since I bought a car from him, he'd make sure I was taken care of. I never heard from him again after that phone call. When I finally got down to crunch time with my temp tag close to expiring after 60 days, I called and spoke with Bridgette Holliday, one of the business managers, who extended my temp tag for another 30 days. I pressed her asking what the hold up was and she said that it was with Penndot, however after doing some more digging on her end, she found out that there was an issue with obtaining the lien-release for vehicle from the prior-owners bank. I asked her to confirm whether she needed any additional information from me to get the vehicle registered. Since my insurance policy was about to renew, she asked for an updated insurance card which I provided via email within 10 minutes of getting off the phone. I never heard from her again. I emailed her once a week for three weeks asking for status updates and received nothing. Now, my temp tag is expiring in 5 days and I can't get answers from anyone. I called and the person who answered the phone put me through to Chad Edwards, who identified himself as one of the managers. He said he had to loop in someone from corporate and that he would get back to me. As of this writing he has not gotten back to me despite leaving 2 voicemails for him. If this isn't resolved in the next 2-3 days, I'm going to have a new (to me) vehicle that I can't drive. At best, this is the most frustrating car buying experience I've ever had. At worst, I was sold a vehicle with a questionable title. I paid a $299 Dealer Processing Charge, which seems to have been charged under false pretenses given where things currently stand. I'm unlikely to be a repeat customer after this experience. More
