Unfortunately when I took my vehicle in for service I had a very poor experience. I needed one tire due to a nail being in my tire. Heritage VW had my vehicle for 9 days before the tire arrived at their shop a very poor experience. I needed one tire due to a nail being in my tire. Heritage VW had my vehicle for 9 days before the tire arrived at their shop. While I understand in the times we’re in shipping can be more difficult I do not understand poor customer service and lack of empathy. The CSR had an insulting tone and attitude. I asked for a loaner vehicle as my job requires for me to drive all over Maryland. I was simply told “No, none available”. I have a hard time believing Heritage could not provide a loaner vehicle for me to use. The customer service rep did not care about my request. Never apologized for the inconvenience, never attempted a different solution to the problem. Nothing. It was very very disappointing! I love my vehicle. I had a great buying experience at this VW dealership and have had great buying experiences for previous vehicles at other Heritage dealerships. Very unfortunate situation! More
