We had a great experience at Heritage purchasing our automobile! It was the quickest and easiest transaction we’ve had at a car dealership, and on a weeknight with a 20month in tow that is what you dre automobile! Keeping our son happy and occupied while test driving cars was handled well by Shawn and other employees (cards, crayons/book etc…) Of course, the whole process was helped with the pre-visit communication availability of Kristin and Shawn. I was able to get the loan work started and cars that I wanted to see all sorted out before even walking in the door. I can only hope that any future car transactions we have will be half as easy, and if we are in the area when that time comes, Heritage will be first on the list. More

I was kind of nervous when I went to the dealership because it was the first time purchasing a new car. WONDERFUL....WONDERFUL Service. I have been taking my car for regular oil changes & Yvonne ALWAYS greets me & knows who I am. She even remembered my new married name.
