I bought a New Beetle in June 2010 and felt at the time it was the right car for me. Nothing wrong with the car, I just changed my mind and traded it in on Tuesday for a 2010 EOS. Herb Randolph was my sales person with both cars. He explained everything I needed to know about the car and was so patient. Herb didn't put any sales pressure on me and we had a lot of fun making a flip video with the EOS. Herb is wonderful. I also want to say thanks to Karen Joyce who is also wonderful. She was so great finding the color combination I wanted. When I came into the Heritage VW on Tuesday all my paper work was ready and waiting. Mel in finance is great too. Herb and Mark were WONDERFUL! I walked in and said, this is what i want, this is what i need my payment to be, and this is how much i can put down. Within 25 minutes I was test driving my soon to be new (us is what i want, this is what i need my payment to be, and this is how much i can put down. Within 25 minutes I was test driving my soon to be new (used) Jetta! They did all the could do for me that night, even though we walked in close to closing time. Before we left, i had a promise of a call back by 10 am, the next day and Mark was 99% sure the financing would work out how we needed it to. Indeed it did! I was able to go down after work the next day and sign the papers. It was a quick process, and Herb was very thorough in showing me all the bells and whistles to my new jetta! I would reccoment Mark and Herb to anyone interested in purchasing a VW! They honestly made my first car purchase on my own the easiest process. :) thanks guys, you were great! More

First of all, Avery was AWESOME!! Very patient, understanding and thorough in finding out what my needs were (I knew exactly what I was going there for.) No haggle - internet pricing was great. I had gone in the day before just to test drive the volkswagen new beetle convertable. I was not planning to buy at this time but was going to wait until February 2011. My husband and I went to the dealer not really expecting to leave with a car, but to my suprise we drove away with a 2007 triple white new beetle convertable. I went online to survey pricing for a Used Nissan Maxima, found a beautiful car which I absolutely fell in love with and the price was well within the range I was looking for.
