If I were rating Mile One/Heritage VW of Baltimore on a scale from 1-10, I would definitely say that they earned a 10. It was a really great. no pressure or stress buying experience. Mr. Shawn Jefferies did a great job of understanding what I needed at this point in time. He was very sincere as well as transparent about the terms of the deal I was inquiring about. By the time I test drove my car and went through the details of the paperwork, all my questions were fully addressed. Because customer service is important to me, I usually find myself being critical. In this particular incidence there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about my experience at Heritage.
