I went in for a basic oil change and an Employee left a rag in my engine which in turn set my car on fire.The fire department had to be called and the fire chief pulled the burning rag out of my engine. Heritage Volkswagon Parkville did not want to take the blame...and the fire chief sent a personal report to them of his findings. Now Im having major problems with my vehicle and no one wants to help me. I am very upset about this matter and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

The car I was searching for turned out to be very difficult to find. Heritage Volkswagen was the only dealer to respond quickly with a great quote.
