They: 1) traded a NYC dealer a car, to get it. 2) Sent the trade car up and had our Golf back to us, in a matter of a day! 3) Informed us the moment the car got there. 4) Waited until late at night, for us to be able to pick it up. All this is in addition to the fantastic pricing and expediency of the transaction and approvals. Every aspect of the car buying experience was superior, to say the least.
