Yvonne makes our visits soooooo nice! She knows us and remembers us. She does everything in her power to make sure we are happy. Overall it was fairly painless. There was more back and forth on price than I would have preferred, especially having purchased 3 vehicles there previously. I wound up using a new car price service to gua forth on price than I would have preferred, especially having purchased 3 vehicles there previously. I wound up using a new car price service to guarantee the lowest price, which they matched. Without that figure though, I think getting to the bottom line would have been an uphill climb. With that said, Herb Randolph was very helpful. The only comment I would make was that with other vehicles I've purchased, particularly from Mini and Mercedes, the salesman I worked with would spend 20 minutes in the vehicle with me walking me through features and how to access them, setting up bluetooth, etc, etc. Would have been a nice way to get acquainted with all of the intricacies of the vehicle.
