I got an awesome price on the car, and absolutely no haggling was required. Seriously, buying a car in 2012 is so easy -- Heritage was willing to go a bit under invoice, and I was easily able to check online that they were indeed under invoice. Great financing rate, too. Heritage was recommended to me by my trusted VW auto repair shop when I mentioned that I was in the market for a new (to me) vehicle. I made the appointment a week in advance, and the staff was read repair shop when I mentioned that I was in the market for a new (to me) vehicle. I made the appointment a week in advance, and the staff was ready to help when I showed up early. Avery spent all day helping me find the perfect car; he listened to my needs and budget carefully, patiently sat through half a dozen test drives, and never pressured me to make a decision. I was well-researched, but he was able to answer additional questions that I had about both the car and the process. I appreciate the care that goes into the VW Pe-owned Certification program, and the folks at Heritage have made it clear that they'll support me through the life of this car... Which I expect will be long, considering the great shape it is in! Avery also gave me tips to help me care for the diesel car, which is my first of this kind. While I hope it isn't for a while, I do look forward to buying my next car from Heritage. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a positive Pre-Owned and/or VW experience. More
