Emergency purchase I was referred to Heritage Parkville by another office and was told to ask for Herb. When I arrived, I was told by another associate that Herb was no I was referred to Heritage Parkville by another office and was told to ask for Herb. When I arrived, I was told by another associate that Herb was not in that day but that he would be more than happy to help. That associate was Lavon. Lavon couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating to me or my family as I needed to make an emergency purchase.
