RESCUED Michelle Ramsey, Service Advisor came to my rescue to have the proper leather seats installed in my new 2018 Volkswagen GTI as promised by the Sales D Michelle Ramsey, Service Advisor came to my rescue to have the proper leather seats installed in my new 2018 Volkswagen GTI as promised by the Sales Dept. at the time of purchase. The Sales Dept. after keeping the car for several days installed the wrong leather seats in the car. More than a month later on the second try the Sales Dept. picked up the car for the correct GTI red stitched, black leather seats to be installed, but delivered the car to the Service Dept. for some interior lever repairs without mentioning the correct leather seat installation. When Michelle and Service Manager, Andrew Kolbe, were made aware of the situation, by me, they went to work to correct the situation. Though it took a week to have the proper seats installed and the two interior levers repaired, Michelle stuck with it, dealing with internal issues between the service dept., sales dept. and the aftermarket seat installer. Her job to live up to the original condition for sale and the internals with the sales staff were Herculean. She got the job done and I'm quite satisfied with her efforts and the installation, repair. Michelle went above and beyond. While I have misgivings about the Heritage Sales Dept., I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Michelle Ramey and the Heritage Service Department. More

Sam always calms me down and assures me that she’ll take good care of Logan. Sam sends me timely updates with my vehicle’s status and provides an estimated completion time with every visit. I never have to worry about transportation. Whether it’s a shuttle or a loaner car Sam makes sure I get to and from the dealership in a timely fashion. I didn’t purchase this car at this location like I did the two vehicles prior to this one but I’ll certainly be purchasing my next VW here because I know Sam will always take good care of me. More
