Purchase of used 2011 F350 diesel pickup truck Sales department and finance department were pleasurable to work with. I was disappointed with preparation of my vehicle prior to my acceptance of t Sales department and finance department were pleasurable to work with. I purchased a diesel pickup truck and had to stop on the trip home to purchase diesel exhaust fluid because it was so low the warning on the message center told me i didn't have enough fluid in the tank to make the trip home. The oil level was also low on the dipstick also and i needed to add oil. I don't enjoy giving a bad review but I certainly feel that fluid levels should be properly filled in the service department when the vehicle was supposed to be inspected prior to transfer after spending more than 33,000 dollars on a truck More
