I had an early saturday appointment and received a warm greeting when I arrived and was offered coffee and a comfortable waiting area with a large tv and a nice, quiet atmosphere to do a little work on my laptop. Before I knew it my car was ready and I was on my way. I was helped by Rob V. and he was very professional and informative regarding my vehicle, and not at all pushy about upcoming repairs that will be needed. I highly recommend Putnam Ford to all my friends!! More

Melissa was attentive to my needs, confirmed availability of vehicle size immediately, and proceeded with the reservation without issue. She was thorough in the explanation of all charges to be paid for the rental, including assuring me of the refund of my deposit in a timely manner. I am pleased to state that Melissa has a great command of her job, a very nice personality, as well as quick response time. She was a definite pleasure to work with.
