Great Service I brought my Edge in as the door ajar light had been coming on for a few months. One of the service guys came in and kneeled down beside her. He kindly explained what they would be doing to her car. He offered to get her a coffee. All the folks I deal with at Putnam Ford show that same kindness and respect to me and everyone else I've ever seen come through their doors. Bearing in mind that my car, old Faith is a 2006 (bought from Putnam Ford) and will hit 200,000 miles in the next oil change or 2. Oil change and remote start install. I had the oil changed and tires rotated on my wife's new Explorer. In addition I had a remote start option installed as a Christmas present.
