It's so convenient to work in Burlington and use this van with a driver who knows his stuff. Jim is very professional, well organized and does his best to keep customers happy, including everyone who thinks they should be "let out first". What a challenge! More

Great service continues I bought my Rav4 from Chuck Heingartner 16 months ago and Chuck is still taking care of us! My service visits are a breeze with Chuck making sure there is always a ride and the service always fits our schedule. The right way to treat a service customer I recently purchased a previously owned Tundra and in a separate transaction, an extra set of wheels with TPM sensors that needed to be programed to m I recently purchased a previously owned Tundra and in a separate transaction, an extra set of wheels with TPM sensors that needed to be programed to my vehicle. Since I understood this required a dealer operation, I made an appointment with Heritage Toyota Service. I've had mixed results with this dealer's service in the past, so I wanted to talk to a service advisor rather than simply drop the vehicle there. Besides, the confirming service order that I received via email was worded incorrectly, so I felt the extra effort was needed. Enter Shane Bowley, Assistant Service Manager. He greeted me at the vehicle, we discussed the several items I wanted accomplished, went over the special handling required and Shane delivered on each. He said he would call; and he did, we agreed on a pick-up time; and my Tundra was ready to go in front of the service area! All the work seems to be done correctly and it appears that I won't have to return to get things corrected. This wasn't a complicated repair order. The work just needed the right oversight to make sure it was done right. Thank you Shane; you delivered the proper service that should be the standard! Fred K. More

Great Honest People So I have used this Toyota dealer on multiple occasions for work on our Toyota Tundra, and I must say they do an amazing job. They are very honest peo So I have used this Toyota dealer on multiple occasions for work on our Toyota Tundra, and I must say they do an amazing job. They are very honest people that go out of the way to take care of the customer. We dealt with Kate Poole this time for the service adviser and she is a great lady to deal with. It is very hard to come by honest shops these days however Heritage excels in this matter. I would recommend anyone needing Toyota service to visit this shop. We definitely will be glad to return for our next service call. More

Rob Ploof goes above and beyond! Rob is a wonderful asset to the Heritage team! When Rob heard that my Avalon (which I purchased from another member of the sales team) was overdue Rob is a wonderful asset to the Heritage team! When Rob heard that my Avalon (which I purchased from another member of the sales team) was overdue for service due to my hectic work schedule, he picked my vehicle up at my house, drove it to work for the day so that it could be serviced and returned it to me that evening!
