The service area has a "quiet room" with WiFi access in which I could productively work. Everything was finished 15 minutes early! A GREAT experience from the front door to the check out! More

Good explanation of difficulity with brakes. We took our Camry in for the 45,000 mile service. The mechanic found that one pad on the left rear brake was not being pressed against the disk. He We took our Camry in for the 45,000 mile service. The mechanic found that one pad on the left rear brake was not being pressed against the disk. He said he would have to replace both disks and pads. He explained how I might do a cheaper fix on my own. I appreciated this, but decided to go with the new parts even though I had replaced the rear disks and pads myself at 34,000 miles, much too early by normal wear. Once the car was back on the lift, Service Advisor Amanda Startari lead me into the shop so the mechanic could show me better what the problem was while the he explained. The 45,000 mile checks and tire rotation were done quickly, less than 1 hour. The brake replacement took what seemed much too long, about 4 hours. His write up explained the problems he encountered with the parking brake shoes and hold down pins which were the wrong ones and correct ones were not in stock. He also came out of the shop to explain this verbally as I was checking out of the service area. Amanda went into the shop two or three times to check on progress as I became concerned with the length of time the repair was taking. More
