Always a pleasure. Brought my car in to have the snow tires put on and get car ready for winter. Dana greeted me right away and took down what I needed to get done. I had bought the trays for my front seat and Dana put them in for me, which was very nice. I always enjoy the people at Heritage service. No Appointment was Necessary What started as a one week trip from Indiana to Lake Placid turned into a three week trip to include Cape Cod. Unfortunately, while passing thru Burlington, my "maintenance required" light came on...at noon...on a Friday. Our Service Rep, Seth Tracy, was most welcoming, cordial and accommodating, getting us in with no appointment to have our vehicle serviced and we were out in barely over an hour and on our way. Thank You Seth for rescuing me from my wife's wrath! More

I had two ve This was my first time with Heritage Toyota Scion (I am a longtime customer of White River Toyota, but my records could not be accessed). I had two vehicles to be serviced (over two days) and was lucky enough to have Amber take care of me both times. She is personable, friendly, and right on the ball. If she is typical of this branch's Service Department, I will be back as I was very impressed with her. On another note, if it is possible, I recommend your computers be upgraded so they can access information from White River Toyota. After all, both dealerships are part of Heritage and this would be a great time saver for all. More

I appreciate how the service rep always tells me exactly what they are going to do and checks in with me about anything before they do the work. Everyone is nice and the heater service bay is a treat in the winter. I've had oil changes, brake work, transmission line work and a number of potential issues investigated. I never feel like they try to oversell me and I don't feel pressured into buying air filters from them or anything like that. Great place. The service app on the website is great as well. So easy to schedule service. You can use the chat to check in on stuff as well and it's much easier than calling. More
flat tire x 3 I had a flat tire a week ago last Friday. Took it in to Heritage on Saturday and, after a wait, they repaired it (I didn't have an app't so they fit m I had a flat tire a week ago last Friday. Took it in to Heritage on Saturday and, after a wait, they repaired it (I didn't have an app't so they fit me in). On Monday it was flat again.My partner took it in this time and, after waiting 3 hours, it was repaired again. They told him the person who fixed it on Saturday had not done it correctly. Then on this Saturday it was flat again. I was not happy. These were expensive tires, purchased from Heritage about a year ago. I went to Heritage again that morning. A young person named Dana in the Service Dep't was great. I told her my saga and she went right to her shop manager who himself took my car, checked out the tire, and said it needed to be replaced. So that's what we did. He and Dana were both very responsive and helpful - and they fit me right in even though it was a busy day. More
